As a guide, their rates for a stay of 1 to 7 nights are as follows: • Bath towel set: €12 • Bed linen set for 2 people: €20 Consumables are not provided (Nespresso capsules, trash bags, gas bottles for the barbecue, etc.). Please take these factors into consideration before making your reservation. Bachelor/bachelorette parties, private parties, and similar events are strictly prohibited on the premises. Guests are required to be considerate of the neighborhood and avoid making noise between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. A security deposit of €300 is required. This amount will be pre-authorized or charged to your credit card up to 7 days prior to arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within a maximum of 7 days after departure, provided that no damage or breach of the rental terms is found during the exit inspection. A credit card payment may be requested prior to arrival. The necessary instructions will be provided after booking. For any stay longer than 7 nights, water and electricity consumption will be charged according to the meter readings at the applicable rates.
