Merlewood Hotel

Situated on the beautiful Pembrokeshire Coast, Merlewood Hotel is a 10-minute walk from Saundersfoot Harbour. With impressive sea views and free parking, there is also a seasonal swimming pool. The traditional rooms at the Merlewood have en suite bathrooms and tea and coffee facilities. All rooms also have a TV, and some have magnificent sea views. Pool closes for the season on thee 20th of september. This is room only Hotel and we do not offer breakfast, bar facilities or entertainment. Close to the Pembrokeshire National Parks Costal Path, which runs for 186 miles, Merlewood is surrounded by beautiful countryside and walking tracks. The sandy beaches of Saundersfoot are just 5 minutes’ walk away, and Saundersfoot town centre is a 10-minute walk. No dogs allowed.

Please note that the swimming pool is only open seasonally, from Whitsun (May Bank Holiday) until 20 August 2026, and is for the use of hotel residents exclusively. Please note that the hotel is only suitable for couple and families. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. The hotel reserves the right to cancel any such bookings. Please note that sea view rooms are subject to an additional charge. Please note that bookings which are made for longer periods (one week or more) will be subject to different deposit conditions. The property shall contact the guest prior to arrival to clarify the conditions. Kindly note that Merlewood Hotel does not allow extra persons, above the number of guests booked in each room.
