Please note that a EUR 80 security deposit is required upon arrival when booking the Three-Bedroom House, which will be fully refunded upon your departure if the house is left clean. Please be advised that a security deposit of EUR 200 may be required for larger groups, subject to the accommodation's discretion. Please note that for rental, the private room, bathroom, and toilet in the shared house, it is required that upon departure, the bed linens and blankets be removed and folded.
